Social Media & Promotion Campaign

CHALLENGE

With a period of one month, we were to carry out a campaign to raise public awareness on solid waste disposal with the right method. The focus of this campaign also aims to inform the public about Trash to Cash campaign as well as e-waste disposal in the right and beneficial way. In addition, we are also responsible for fostering public awareness for public toilets properly. By using social media platforms, we spread the messages to educate and cultivate self-awareness for the society to manage solid waste properly.

STRATEGY

Our promotional strategy is to use “Fear Marketing” to generate netizens’ interest to view and engage with JPSPN postings. By using this strategy, we would attract netizens interest and thus getting more engagement with each posts.

We also would create a situation where communities would be more responsive to our messages. We created 5 themes which shows the effect if we were to be ignorant of the environment and dispose of solid waste improperly and without general knowledge.
