CHALLENGE

Veteran ATM Affairs Department would like to encourage its member to join the digital community which means the relationship are built through social media compared to previous relationship which built in a more conventional way where each JHEV member only used telephone lines to communicate.

STRATEGY

We create informational content as an intermediary between JHEV and the JHEV target group. In addition, we create reading material that intriguing the public to visit JHEV’s social media.
